For those in the US, please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. We will notify you of your shipment via email.

return policy
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email at cynoapparel@gmail.com if you are unsatisfied or have received a faulty item. In your email, please include your order number and indicate your desired action (refund or exchange). All returned items must be in resalable condition (i.e. not worn or washed). Once items are received, we will issue a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of items which have been confirmed to be faulty. We do not take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.
In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.
